The theme this year is Group Lanterns.
Friends and family come together to create a lantern that needs more two or more people to carry!

11th November is St Martins Day (also known as Martinmas) and marks the end of the old agricultural calendar. Martinmas is celebrated today across parts of Europe, children carry lanterns they have made and singing Martin songs, processing through the town. Traditionally the walk begins at the town church and finishing at the town centre.
